Rollset, LLC ("Rollset," "we," "us") operates the Loadout application and rollset.app website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication and sync purposes. The gear inventory data you enter (item names, brands, serial numbers, notes) is stored to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Loadout service — syncing your inventory across devices, enabling backup/restore, and authenticating your account. Email addresses collected through our website forms are used to send product updates and respond to support inquiries.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for our backend infrastructure, which provides row-level security and encrypted data at rest.
Insurance documents you upload are stored securely and are only accessible to your authenticated account. We do not share, analyze, or access the contents of your insurance documents.
We may use analytics services to understand how the app and website are used. These services collect anonymized usage data and do not have access to your personal gear inventory.
You can export all your data at any time using the Export feature in the app. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting info@rollset.app.
