Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Rollset LLC, the operator of Rollset. By creating an account or using Rollset, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Rollset for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts, agencies, and client accounts

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Agency administrators are responsible for the users and client accounts they create, the permissions they grant, and ensuring they have authority to process client data through Rollset. Each user remains responsible for activity performed through that user's account.

3. The service

Rollset provides customer relationship, communications, scheduling, sales, billing, publishing, automation, and related workflow tools. Features may change as the service develops. Beta or preview features may be modified or discontinued and should not be used where failure could cause material harm.

4. Your data and instructions

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information to operate Rollset and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights, notices, and consents required for the data you upload and the messages, meetings, or content you create through the service.

5. Connected services

Rollset can connect to third-party services such as Zoom, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Stripe, Twilio, and SendGrid. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that provider's terms and policies. You authorize Rollset to exchange information and perform requested actions through the permissions you grant. Providers may change, restrict, or suspend their APIs, and provider-controlled outages or restrictions may affect Rollset features.

By using Rollset's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Social Privacy notice for how those features use connected data.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Rollset to:

• Violate law, another person's rights, or a connected provider's policies.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
• Upload malicious code, evade security controls, probe other tenants, or interfere with the service.
• Access data or accounts without authorization, misrepresent identity, or facilitate fraud.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service except where a written agreement or applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Fees

Paid plans, usage charges, renewal terms, and cancellation rights will be presented in the applicable order form or checkout flow. You are responsible for taxes other than taxes on our income. Except where required by law or stated in an order, fees are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual property

Rollset, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Rollset LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription; they do not transfer ownership of the service or its source code.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Rollset at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties; address nonpayment; comply with law; or respond to a material breach. Following termination, data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rollset is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Rollset during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and contact
