Rollset provides Loadout, a gear management application, and related services. We strive to keep things running smoothly, but we provide the service "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You own your data. The gear inventory, kit configurations, production details, and any documents you upload remain your property. We don't claim any ownership or rights over your content.
Don't use our services for anything illegal, to harm others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Be a good human.
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to export your data.
Rollset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
