Rollset social
Your social workspace, inside your CRM.
Bring your content calendar, drafts, publishing and available performance data into the same workspace as your business.
Customer availability
Native social management is being prepared for customer release. Each connection depends on the platform's approval, the permissions granted to Rollset and your account's eligibility. A listed platform is not a claim that public access has been approved. Your workspace shows which connections are configured.
Plan once. Choose where it goes.
Draft a post, add your original photos or video, and choose the accounts that should receive it. Adapt captions and supported formats for each platform. Keep work as a draft, add it to your content calendar or schedule it for a specific time. Once a supported account is connected, scheduled publishing runs on Rollset's servers, even when your browser is closed.
Account access stays within the client workspace where it was connected. You authorize the social platform directly and can disconnect it from Rollset at any time.
Connections and account types
- YouTube and Shorts
- Connect your YouTube channel and choose video visibility and audience settings.
- Facebook and Instagram
- Manage Facebook Pages and professional Instagram accounts linked to an authorized Page.
- Threads
- Connect your Threads profile for supported publishing, replies and post insights.
- Member sharing and company Page management use different permissions and access approvals.
- TikTok
- Publish original video with the creator’s current visibility choices and explicit consent. Public posting requires platform review.
- Google Business Profile
- Choose the business locations you manage and prepare updates, offers or events.
X is not available in this release. Its connection and billing options will be reviewed separately before they are offered to customers.
Make every format feel considered.
The composer includes supported video thumbnails, Instagram Reel covers and cover-frame choices. Custom YouTube thumbnails require an eligible channel. Shorts covers may need to be added in YouTube Studio; their display also depends on YouTube. TikTok uses a frame from your video. Available controls vary by destination and format.
Understand the posts you publish.
View the post metrics each connected platform supplies. Best-time suggestions use your measured post engagement in your workspace's timezone and appear only when there is enough data. They do not estimate when every follower is online. Unsupported or unavailable metrics are identified rather than estimated.
Supported post comments and replies can be managed from the post detail view. This is not a unified direct-message inbox. Automatic recurring posts and deleting live posts from the social platform are not currently supported.
Connect from your client workspace
- Sign into Rollset and choose the client workspace you want to manage.
- Open Settings → Integrations → Social and choose an available platform.
- Review the permissions on the platform's sign-in screen. Complete each new connection within ten minutes; start again if its link expires.
- Confirm the connected identity, then open Marketing → Social to draft and plan your content.
Workspace permissions determine who can connect accounts and publish. If an account needs attention, reconnect it before retrying a failed action. For help, use Rollset support.
Your accounts remain yours.
Read the social privacy notice for the information used by these connections and disconnect and deletion help for your controls. Rollset uses YouTube API Services for its YouTube features; those features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
